Changseung (Chang) Yoo, Ph.D., studies how social media and online platforms shape user behavior in contexts ranging from disaster response to sustainability and generative AI. He earned his doctorate in Information, Risk, and Operations Management from the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin and has held faculty positions at McGill University and Boston University. His research has been published in Information Systems Research.
