  • Professor Rebekah Diller co-authored a briefing paper, 鈥淪upported Decision-Making: Potential and Challenges for Older Persons,鈥 for the hosted by Syracuse University College of Law and the Syracuse Law Review.
  • Professor Peter Markowitz will be a panelist at the 鈥溾 event, Wednesday, June 9, hosted by Documented and the New York City chapter of the Scholars Strategy Network.
  • Associate Dean Ingrid Mattson and Professor Leslie Newman presented 鈥淓ffective Large & Small Group Research Instruction in the 1L Year with Limited Staffing Resources鈥 at the Empire State Legal Writing Conference on May 14.
  • Professor Ngozi Okidegbe will present a keynote, 鈥淒iscredited Data: Epistemic Violence, Technology, and the Construction of Expertise,鈥 at the hosted by the Institute for Feminist Legal Studies and the Quality Project on May 25. Okidegbe will also join the Law & Society Association鈥檚 on May 27.
  • Professor Michel Rosenfeld鈥檚 book, (Univ. of California Press 1998), which he co-edited and which contains several chapters by Cardozo faculty, is being translated into Chinese and will be published by Zhejiang University Press in China.
